Bole Laser Craft strives to get your order to you swiftly, safely and correctly. If however there is a problem please contact us so we can try and resolve the issue.
Defects or missing parts
If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase due to manufacture defects, you can simply return it for a full refund or replacement however in the first instance please email or telephone us. We may ask you to simply send us a photograph of the problem part(s) and then we will send you replacement parts at our expense.
If however we ask you to return the parts, return postage to Bole Laser Craft is paid by the purchaser as per the distance selling act. On agreeing that the parts need replacement we will supply you replacement parts free of charge and refund your postage costs.
Incorrect items delivered
Should we have incorrectly packed your order, please contact us by phone or email telling us what we have sent by mistake. We will send out the correct ordered item at our expense. We may ask you to return the incorrect item in which case we will refund your postage.
Change of mind
If on receiving the goods you decide you no longer want them, you may return them. However returns must be made within 21 days of original purchase and in the SAME condition as supplied, this means NOT started in any way. The purchase price of the goods (but not the post and packing charge) will be refunded to you on receipt of the returned goods.
Return postage to Bole Laser Craft is paid by the purchaser, as per the distance selling act.
