Description
This 1/19 scale Ready-To-Run model is being sold to support the Darjeeling 19B tank locomotives new boiler appeal. The wagon is based on a cut down DHR steel van and comes with a load of “boiler tubes”. Tindharia is well known for its “re-use” policy and while several steel vans were cut down into open wagons no records exist of any being cut down to flats; but then again no records exists to say they weren’t!
We are supplying these pre-built and painted trucks to the Trust at cost price so that the majority of the price you pay is donated to the trust. Production is being limited to 135 units. One for each year of the 19B locomotives’s life !
Available in both 32mm and 45mm track gauges.
Supplied in a wooden storage box.
